G-210 Screw Pin Chain Shackle
• Forged, Quenched & Tempered, will alloy pins.
• Working Load Limit and Grade 6 permanently shown on every shackle.
• Hot-dip galvanised
• Sizes 3/8 inch and below are mechanically galvanised.
• Fatigue rated at 20,000 cycles at 1.5 times the Working Load Limit.
• Shackles can be furnished proof tested with certificated to designated standards.
• Approved for use at -40°C (-40° F) to 204°C (400° F)
• Shackles can meet Charpy impact testing of 42 joules min. ave. at -20°C (-4°F), upon special request.
• Type Approval certification in accordance with ABS 2016 Steel Vessel Rules and ABS Guide for Certification of Lifting appliances available, on special request and may incur additional costs.
• Meet the performance requirements of Federal Specification RR-C-271H, Tye IVA, Grade A, Class 2.
• Look for the Red Pin® …the mark of the genuine Crosby quality.
